Joggin for JT

Mike Rouse is Doin' it AGAIN!!! Support Mike Rouse as he runs for 24 hours before the Joggin for Frogmen 5k starts. For the second year in a row, Mike will be running in honor of his close friend, J.T. Tumilson, who was killed in the August 6th, 2011 crash. Mike is an ultra marathon runner who has completed seventeen, 100 mile races and competed in 4 Ultraman World Championships. Racers will welcome Mike at the Joggin’ for Frogmen 5k start line to greet him as he finishes his run at 7:00 am on race day. Mike will then go on to MC the Joggin’ for Frogmen race. Last year Mike raised over $4,000 and hopes to raise more this year! To donate to Mike's efforts, please click on his picture!

To bring men, women and children together to jog in honor of all our SEALs (Frogmen) and Naval Special Warfare Heroes who have sacrificed their lives for us while protecting our country.

We support these families by maintaining the belief that “One of the greatest things we can do to support our military Heroes is to give back to the foundations that support our military families”
